With over 20 years of experience in the property industry, Edd has built a reputation for delivering premium, personal service rooted in trust, expertise and lasting relationships. In 2011, he and his wife launched a successful estate agency in Dorset, expanding into a network of independent offices across Bournemouth, Poole and the prestigious Sandbanks peninsula, where they marketed and sold some of the South Coast’s most exclusive homes. After selling the business, Edd and Sindy relocated to Suffolk and continued to shape the industry by mentoring hundreds of estate agents and overseeing thousands of property transactions across Essex and Suffolk. He has held senior leadership roles within some of the UK’s largest estate agencies, managing national sales teams of over 300 professionals. Yet his true passion lies in working directly with clients, helping them navigate their journey to a new home with care and clarity. This hands-on approach inspired him to establish a network of personal estate agents who share his commitment to proactive, client-focused service.
Edd now leads LUXPAD estate agency operations across Essex and Suffolk as a personal estate agent, taking full responsibility for the marketing and successful sale of his clients’ homes. He works closely with sellers and buyers alike, ensuring every property is presented to the highest standard and every client receives clear guidance, proactive communication and a truly personalised experience.

Sindy began her career with exceptional ambition, launching her own estate agency at the age of 21 and successfully grew it into a thriving business. She later partnered with Edd to build a second network of independent estate agencies, operating in the premium market across Bournemouth, Poole and the prestigious Sandbanks peninsula. Together, they expanded the business throughout Dorset before selling and relocating to Suffolk. Since then, Sindy has held senior leadership roles within some of the country’s largest estate agency groups, including Purplebricks and Connells. At Connells, she led estate agency operations across Essex and Suffolk, overseeing business performance while recruiting, mentoring, training and supporting estate agents across the region. Renowned for her strategic insight, high standards and commitment to developing others, Sindy brings over 20 years of experience and a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver outstanding results for clients and teams.
She now leads LUXPAD’s expansion across Essex and Suffolk, attracting estate agents who share the company’s values and supporting them to launch and scale their own businesses using the LUXPAD brand and the global eXp network.
